1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds
Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before the Booking Date:
Guests may cancel their booking 30 days or more before the scheduled date and receive a full refund of the amount paid.Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of the Booking Date:
For cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date, a 50% charge of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the guest.Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of the Booking Date:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.
1.2 Amendment Policy
Requests for Booking Changes:
Guests wishing to amend their bookings must submit a request at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled booking date. All amendment requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.
2. Return Policy
As our services involve luxury holiday packages and experiences, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, a traditional return policy does not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any concerns related to our services on a case-by-case basis.
