    Yacht and Ski provides luxury holiday packages combining yacht and ski resort experiences, along with optional services such as private jet transfers, ski passes, and bespoke travel arrangements.
  2. User Eligibility
    By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  3. Booking and Payment Terms
  4. Rates: €2,000 per night (€250 per person, based on 8 people sharing). Extras are not included in the base price.
  5. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking.
    • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the booking date: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date: 50% charge.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date: Non-refundable.
    • Amendments: Requests for booking changes must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  6. Use of Website
    By using our website, you agree:
    • Not to misuse the website by introducing harmful materials, such as viruses or malware.
    • To use the website lawfully and not infringe on the rights of others.
  7. Additional Services and Extras
    Optional services (e.g., private jets, Mediterranean cruises, concierge services) are available upon request and quoted separately.

    • Guests are responsible for their own safety and compliance with applicable guidelines during their experience.

  10. Intellectual Property
